Car Care Plan
When you join the Car Care Plan, you will receive a discounted rate on my Interior Deep Clean, 1-Step Paint Correction, or my Reset service, whichever option you choose. The plan also includes 3 months of service, scheduled every 2 weeks or 4 weeks. After 3 months, the vehicle will need to be readdressed to anything it may need if necessary, like fresh sealant/wax being applied, scratches removed, carpets/seats shampooed, grease build up removed (sunscreen, makeup, lotion), etc. Members of the plan also receive a 20% discount on other cars or vehicles they own, also including the subscribed vehicle.
Car Care Plan Form
Exterior
The exterior is detailed from bumper to bumper, and then the paint is polished to move moderate swirls and light scratches.
-Wheel faces, barrels, wells, tires, and gas flap area cleaned
-Vehicle de-bugged and pre soaked with snowfoam
-Hand washed, cracks and crevices brushed, and clay barred to remove bonded contaminants, and dried
-Sap removal, chrome polished, wheels dressed (on request)
- 1 Step paint enhancement to remove moderate swirls and light scratches, and increase the depth of gloss
- 6 Month paint sealant applied (depending on driving/enviromental conditions)
The maintenance service would include the wheel faces and tires cleaned, bugs removed, vehicle washed and dried, and sap removal if necessary, or anything that needs to be addressed.

Interior
Everyone deserves a clean car, that's why I spend hours meticuously cleaning your vehicle to bring it back to that factory fresh feel. You can feel proud of your car again after I'm through with it.
-Carpets and seats blown out and vacuumed
-Shampoo and hot water extraction of the carpets and seats
-Interior cleaned, steamed, or scrubbed (trim, doors, buttons, pedals, dash, cupholders, etc). An air compressor is used to get the gunk from the cracks and crevices of the hard to reach areas.
-Door jambs, and weather stripping cleaned
-Screens, and glass cleaned
The maintenance service includes a vacuum, wipe down, cupholders and center console area cleaned, and screens/glass cleaned, or spot extraction if needed.

How does this work?
When you request to join the plan, a quote will be given for the initial service after exchanging some information. Once the service has been performed and a plan has been chosen, a contract will be signed between both parties documenting the agreement in writing. Both parties will also receive a copy of the agreement.

Do you come to me?
Yes! I am fully mobile, and can service you at your home or work! I service Portland, Clackamas, Oregon City, Milwaukie, Gladstone, Gresham, Happy Valley, Lake Oswego, West Linn, and surrounding areas.

Do you need access to water and power?
For the exterior portion, I will need access to water for the wash process. I carry my own power on board.

How long does the service take?
While I have a general idea of how long things will take me, ultimately I am here to give you something I am proud of, so timings are approximate.
For the initial service:
Interior: 3-5 Hours
Exterior 2.5-4 Hours
Interior/Exterior 6-8 Hours
The maintenance services will take 1-2 hours.

Do you clean the headliner?
I certainly try, but it depends on the condition of it. If headliners are overworked or too much cleaner is used, it can soften the glue that holds it and it may sag. We always go by our Detailers Philosophy: We start with the least aggressive method first, and work our way up from there. But not everything can be cleaned without causing permanant damage.
