Appointment Deposit and Cancellation Policy
As of July 1st, 2023, Regular Joe's Detailing will require a non-refundable deposit in order to be booked on the calendar.
Kindly be aware that when you schedule an appointment with me, it signifies that I have set aside dedicated time in my schedule solely for your benefit. Unfortunately, I have experienced a significant surge in spontaneous no-shows and cancellations in recent weeks.
Depending on the overall cost of the services you seek, appointment deposits will amount to $25, $50, or $100. It's important to note that these deposits are non-refundable. In the event that you need to cancel, your deposit will be forfeited. If you are able to reschedule within 1 week of the original booking, the deposit may be transferred, although subsequent reschedules will require a fresh deposit.
Is the deposit an extra charge?
No, the deposit amount will go towards the total amount of your detail. For example, if the total quoted prices come to $355, and you pay a $50 deposit, you will owe $305 when the service is completed.
What if there's ugly weather, or something comes up?
In the event there is particulary bad weather, and I am unable to perform the services, I will reschedule you at the earliest available time. If I am unable to reschedule you, the deposit will be refunded. The same is true if I am unable to make it for other/personal reasons.
